We ship all in stock items within a week of when an order is placed. The only exception to this is when we are away a one of the longer events and it that case there will be a notice on the front page of our webpage. If you need expedited shipping please contact us at Customer Service BEFORE YOU ORDER to make sure we have your items in stock and can ship them in your required time.
For domestic shipping our preferred shipping carrier is USPS Priority mail, with a 5.00USD surcharge added for Alaska and Hawaii orders. Some small orders and orders shipped to military APO addresses will be charged the domestic rate, but sent USPS Priority. For customers who desire expedited shipping in the Continental US we have two options - Fed Ex Express Saver for a $35.00 surcharge and Fed Ex Overnight for a $45.00 and up surcharge. Please note we cannot guarantee expedited shipping unless you check with us at Customer Service before placing your order to make sure the item(s) you would like to order is in stock.
For international shipping we use USPS Airmail. Please choose the shipping method applicable to your location and time frame- if your order needs to be shipped internationally please choose the correct option for your shipping location and the type of credit card you wish to pay with.
